To Clean Or Not To Clean?

The Clean. A foundational power exercise in many strength and conditioning regiments. Should you do it to be better at MMA? How should you coach it? Is it absolutely necessary? We dive into the nuances of the clean exercises and what exercises can be used to mimic the same power stimulus. We talk derivatives of the clean itself, using a trap bar jump, medballs, kettlebells and straight up jump training.
