Within this episode we talk about planning, adapting, and systemizing our training and programs to train within mma. We address planning and training for skill work and technical tactical models as well as physical training and strength and conditioning. Rigid planning has a limited use within coaching, but having a plan is irreplaceable. We must meet the two in the middle, creating a plan and adapting on the daily and weekly signals. We introduce our system for this which works as a skill analysis and workload management piggybank system. The system, good or bad, always wins.
