Starting Blocks



This program is a great fit for any established athlete to get started on in sports performance. Geared to ward sports performance this program will increase your strength, power, mobility and conditioning simultaneously. This program works best in an out of competition time period because it is so demanding and will enhance your overall fitness. 


Training three days per week this program should take about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete each day. Starting with a dynamic warm up then working through power, strength, then conditioning each day. The ultimate goal of this program is to prepare you for more robust training and set the stage for more intense workouts and competitions.
