Back to the Grind



This program functions as a great bridge between rehab and performance. Coming back from a significant injury? Or just getting off a long break? This is the program to start back on. With plenty of low intensity mobility and subtle yet challenging strength work this program will get you where you need to go. Back to the Grind. 


Enhance your return with two days per week of strength training with a bit of conditioning at the end. Each of these workouts will take between 45 minutes and an hour of work and you will see great improvements in your movement abilities. This program will help you back to the sport that you love and enable you to practice it just how you want.
